Andrea Navedo
Andrea Navedo, an American actor and author. She began by appearing in daytime soaps like One Life to Live or Guiding Light, and later had roles as a supporting actress on television's primetime. Andrea Navedo has been an American actress and performer since the 10th of October, 1977. She was born in The Bronx New York USA. Navedo began her acting career in the daytime soap. From 1995 to 1997 she starred as Linda Soto on the ABC soap show One Life to Live. In 1999, she became Theresa Sandoval in the CBS soap drama Guiding Light. In 1996, she appeared in an unimportant role of Girl 6 and then went into the role of New York Undercover. Navedo appeared as a co-star in Double Take (2001), an action film, as well as in Washington Heights (2002). Between 2001 and 2004 Navedo was a frequent character on the NBC Crime series Law & Order as Detective Ana Cordova. Later, he appeared in Law & Order: Criminal Intent Damages and Blue Bloods. Navedo starred in many other movies, such as El Cantante or Remember Me. Navedo had recurring roles on Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, How to Make It in America Golden Boy as well as How to Make It in America Golden Boy between 2011 to 2013. Navedo was a part of the Comedy film Superfast! The Fast and the Furious films were parodied by the film of 2015. Navedo launched her acting career in soap operas that aired during daytime. Between 1995 and 1997 Navedo portrayed Linda Soto in ABC's One Life to Live. In 1999 she joined the crew of the CBS soap drama Guiding Light as Theresa Sandoval. The actress made her debut in the film industry by appearing in Girl 6 (1996), then went on to guest on New York Undercover and The District. Navedo was the lead in Double Take, an action-comedy film released in 2001.
